FAQs

Where do you ship?

We happily ship anywhere in the domestic United States.

How long should I expect to wait? & How do I track my shipping?

We ship most orders within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation.  Because we only ship during business days, orders placed on Friday after 12:30pm Eastern time or over the weekend will ship out on Monday morning.  The shipping time will depend on the priority of shipping you chose during checkout.

After your purchase we’ll send a follow up email with the tracking information.  This can take up to 24 hours (especially around the holidays) when order frequency is heavy.

Do the glasses really help?

Yes - please see our About Blue Light page :)

What is your return policy?

We are happy to refund or exchange any unsused glasses within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us at travisraeeyewear@gmail.com with the subject line “Return/Exchange” and your name and order #.

What size do these glasses fit?

We recommend the our Little Fallons for ages 6 - 12.  The earpiece is adjustable to help elongate or snug the fit.

The exact dimensions are:

  • Frame width: 124mm
  • Lens width: 47mm
  • Bridge width: 16 mm
  • Temple arm & earpiece:117mm (adjustable)

Do you make adult glasses?

For now we are devoted to the protection of the younger generation but we have noticed some demand and are looking into styles for adults.  Be on the lookout for when the whole family can sport Travis Rae’s!

Can I pop the lenses out of these and use the frames?

Sure! But please note that it is the lenses that provide the blue blocking protection.  Should you want to use the frames for your child’s prescription lenses you will need to check with the maker of the prescription lenses to assure they protect against artificial blue light.

I use “nightshade” on my computer. Doesn’t that block blue light?

Not exactly.  Though it is less harsh on the eyes because the screen is adjusting to a more comfortable light temperature of artificial light, blue light will still emerge from the screen.  We recommend using protective glasses to assure that as little blue light is absorbed into the eyes, especially before bedtime.
